🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee Store Leaders in customer experience and standards execution
• Manage P&L including COGs, labor, OpEx, and maintenance
• Drive sales growth through customer service and promotional execution
• Develop talent pipeline and ensure training and staffing

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years multi-unit management experience with 10+ stores in food beverage retail
• 5+ years operational experience with a food beverage retailer
• 2+ years P&L oversight and financial acumen
• Ability to analyze sales data, labor forecasting, and inventory management
