💼 About This Role

You'll own organic social media and email marketing for a software consultancy, reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager. You'll build the marketing function from scratch. This role offers remote work and the chance to shape a growing team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own organic social media calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
• Set up and optimize email marketing campaigns and workflows.
• Support on-page SEO: metadata, internal linking, keyword tracking.
• Coordinate content production with freelance writer and designer.
• Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from social platforms.

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Proven experience managing organic social channels
• Solid understanding of email marketing: segmentation, automation, A/B testing
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals: on-page optimization, keyword research

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 or Looker Studio
• Working knowledge of HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub)
• Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Asana, or similar project management tools
