Description

You will coordinate project activities in a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality. You'll serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, project teams, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and drive project success.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of project coordination experience in a semiconductor facility
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating teams and subcontractors on-site
• PMP certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
• Track project progress and proactively identify risks or delays, driving corrective actions
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Provide regular project updates, status reports, and documentation
• Coordinate and manage project teams and subcontractors to ensure work is executed efficiently
