๐ผ About This Role
You'll perform advanced TIG and flux-core welding on custom-engineered combustion parts in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You'll ensure code-quality welds on stainless and carbon steel assemblies while working with top industry names. Signing bonuses up to $4,500 are available for qualified candidates.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Fit and weld stainless and carbon steel assemblies per WPS and engineering drawings
- Perform TIG (GTAW) and flux-core (FCAW) welding on complex combustion components
- Use positioners, pinwheels, and measuring tools for precision layout and fit-up
- Maintain welding equipment and uphold HSE standards
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of advanced welding experience or equivalent training
- TIG (GTAW) capability on stainless and carbon steel including 6G all-TIG pipe
- Flux-core (FCAW) proficiency with ability to pass 3G plate test
- Ability to read blueprints and understand weld symbols and tolerances
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in petrochemical, combustion equipment, or engineered-to-order manufacturing
- Familiarity with codes such as API, B31.3, UW-51, UW-52, B1.1, STS
- Skilled in at least three of: GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, GTAW, SAW
