Description

You'll partner with sales and engineering teams to design and validate technical solutions for enterprise clients using Asana's platform, API, and AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years in a technical customer-facing role (Solutions Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Consulting)
• Proficient in scripting (Python, JavaScript, or Node.js) and RESTful API integrations
• Experience designing serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda)
• Skilled in multi-stakeholder project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS buying behaviors and work management category

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to design integrated solutions for Tier 1 accounts
• Own the design and execution of technical proof-of-concepts (POCs) and minimum viable products (MVPs)
• Create technical guides, reusable demo assets, and training programs for the Solutions organization
• Capture insights from enterprise engagements to influence the product roadmap
• Develop architectural frameworks and workflow diagrams illustrating Asana's integration into customer tech stacks
