Description

You will establish program management methodology for all workstreams outside of hardware delivery that are required for vehicle operations, including CONOPs, procedure development, software and GNC readiness, and systems engineering certification. You will drive operational excellence across engineering disciplines, standardize best practices, and serve as a senior interface to leadership, making critical work visible and building responsive processes to avoid critical path delays.

• Experience in program management of complex engineering systems
• Ability to drive standardization and scalability of programmatic best practices
• Senior-level interface and communication skills across engineering disciplines and leadership

Responsibilities

• Own schedule adherence, risk management, and reporting cadence for operational readiness across all engineering functions
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with operational readiness, ensuring proactive problem resolution
• Present program updates, risks, and strategic recommendations to the executive team
