💼 About This Role

You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans at the loudest store in the mall. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and help merchandise the store while ensuring customers get the merch they love.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide customer service and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Cover the sales floor zone and maintain visual standards
• Process sales transactions and communicate trend info to management
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain stock room organization

📋 Requirements

• Previous retail experience
• Passion for music and pop culture
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
