You'll act as a force multiplier for our EVP of Growth Publisher Development, turning executive outreach into a well-oiled machine. Your mission is to handle logistics, preparation, and follow-up so leadership can close Tier 1 publisher deals. This role offers direct mentorship from the EVP and a prime view of high-level deal-making.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Research Tier 1 publishers and prepare briefing materials for EVP
- Coordinate complex scheduling with Comscore Top 250 stakeholders
- Manage post-meeting communications to prevent deal stalls
- Maintain CRM records tracking executive-led deals
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in sales support or account management
- 1+ year in CRM management (Hubspot preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Comscore Top 250 publishers
- Familiarity with ad tech or publisher monetization
