💼 About This Role
You'll market integrated delivery projects to clients in mitigation, water quality, and resilience. You'll serve as the face of RES, identifying and closing opportunities for ecological restoration and water quality solutions. This role blends relationship-building and strategic planning to position RES as a trusted industry leader.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify qualified leads and manage external relationships
- Lead proposal development and deal structuring
- Track permitting timelines and manage cross-functional resources
- Present financial summaries to clients and internal teams
📋 Requirements
- BS/BA in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in related industry with multi-year sales cycle
- Experience assessing project timelines and aligning teams to deliverables
- Experience interpreting financial models and deal health
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with environmental regulations such as MS4, CWA, NPDES
- PMP or advanced training in project management
- Knowledge of stream/wetland design and construction methods
