You'll lead enterprise-level client implementations and manage a team of Legal Engineers at Legora, an AI-native workspace for legal teams. You'll shape scalable onboarding frameworks and drive measurable outcomes across high-impact engagements, acting as a senior thought partner to top law firms and in-house teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise-level pilots and implementations from discovery through go-live
• Own priority client use cases end-to-end, shaping scalable onboarding frameworks
• Deliver executive-level demos, workshops, and presentations
• Manage and develop a team of Legal Engineers, setting goals and performance standards

📋 Requirements

• Background in law with experience at a top-tier firm or legal tech environment
• Direct people management experience in a client-facing or delivery role
• Senior experience delivering complex client implementations with multiple stakeholders
• Strong grasp of generative AI and legal workflows
