You'll lead a team building AI-powered customer support tools for SeatGeek's ticketing platform. Your work directly enhances fan outcomes and drives best-in-class support experiences.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage a team of backend, frontend, and AI engineers
  • Own technical vision for core support tools and integrations
  • Build and iterate tools to boost fan experience
  • Perform code and architecture reviews

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years as an engineer writing code
  • 2+ years as an engineering manager
  • Proven track record leading teams to ship industry-leading UX
  • Experience with customer support software at a marketplace

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with custom support agent tools
  • AI agent optimization experience
  • Familiarity with our stack (Python, AWS, etc.)
