You'll lead a team building AI-powered customer support tools for SeatGeek's ticketing platform. Your work directly enhances fan outcomes and drives best-in-class support experiences.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a team of backend, frontend, and AI engineers
- Own technical vision for core support tools and integrations
- Build and iterate tools to boost fan experience
- Perform code and architecture reviews
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years as an engineer writing code
- 2+ years as an engineering manager
- Proven track record leading teams to ship industry-leading UX
- Experience with customer support software at a marketplace
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with custom support agent tools
- AI agent optimization experience
- Familiarity with our stack (Python, AWS, etc.)
