You'll join lemlist, a bootstrapped B2B SaaS company, to drive data culture and support strategic decisions across all teams. Your analyses and dashboards will empower marketing, sales, product, and ops to become more data-oriented. You'll collaborate directly with the C-suite and a team of senior data professionals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct in-depth data analyses for strategic decisions
• Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards
• Monitor data quality and consistency across systems
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests from business teams

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in an analytics position in a fast-growing environment
• Advanced SQL for querying and analysis
• Strong business orientation and communication skills
• Experience with modern data stack (GCP, DBT, BI tools)

✨ Nice to Have

• Python skills
• First experience in B2B SaaS startup
• Knowledge of IT best practices (maintainable code, GitHub)
