💼 About This Role
You'll join a team partnering with the Chief of Staff to drive data-driven insights and cross-functional initiatives for coaching at scale. You'll focus on building a new go-to-market segment that creates CxO engagement through peer connections and a consultative sales experience. This role offers the chance to work closely with BetterUp's executive team and board.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Drive account and key stakeholder research for enterprise organizations
- Craft executive communications and deliverables
- Orchestrate cross-functional coordination and processes
- Manage engagement with CxOs to ensure alignment
- Lead RFP responses including strategy and coordination
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- BA/BS degree
- Strong interest in organizational behavior or positive psychology
- Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
