💼 About This Role

You'll join a team partnering with the Chief of Staff to drive data-driven insights and cross-functional initiatives for coaching at scale. You'll focus on building a new go-to-market segment that creates CxO engagement through peer connections and a consultative sales experience. This role offers the chance to work closely with BetterUp's executive team and board.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive account and key stakeholder research for enterprise organizations
  • Craft executive communications and deliverables
  • Orchestrate cross-functional coordination and processes
  • Manage engagement with CxOs to ensure alignment
  • Lead RFP responses including strategy and coordination

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, or private equity
  • BA/BS degree
  • Strong interest in organizational behavior or positive psychology
  • Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
