💼 About This Role

You'll lead the modernization of security infrastructure at Commure, a healthcare AI company. You'll architect a self-hosted ELK-based SIEM platform with agentic AI for intelligent threat response and automation. This is a unique opportunity to build the future of security operations in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize existing multi-vendor security ecosystem.
• Architect and operate self-hosted ELK-based SIEM platform.
• Design data ingestion pipelines for 10TB+ daily log volumes.
• Develop AI/ML models for anomaly detection and threat analysis.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering or platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms like Splunk, ELK, or SumoLogic.
• Proven experience deploying and operating ELK Stack at enterprise scale.
• Strong expertise in Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, OSCP, or CISM.
• Experience building or contributing to AI-driven security platforms.
• Prior experience in regulated industries like healthcare or fintech.
