As a University Enrolment Advisor at Cialfo, you will guide students through their college application journey using our Direct Apply portal. You'll counsel students on suitable programs, coordinate with guardians and counselors, and ensure smooth applications from registration to enrolment.

Responsibilities

• Promote Cialfo's Direct Apply and drive student registration
• Guide students through search, application, documents, submissions, and enrolment
• Lead and mentor a team of advisors, ensuring goal alignment and process adherence
• Oversee daily team operations, assign tasks, and monitor progress against targets
• Organize student events: university fairs, workshops, and brand awareness activities
