💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and management of Quizlet's total rewards programs, including compensation, equity, benefits, and people operations. You'll directly support executive compensation and C-suite collaboration to scale the company's people infrastructure. This role offers autonomy to redesign frameworks and visibility with the Board and C-Suite.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Evolve and maintain global compensation philosophy
  • Manage equity grants, dilution modeling, and cap table impacts
  • Architect annual focal review cycles for pay and equity
  • Lead benefits design, renewal, and budget management

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years in HR/People Ops with 5+ years in Compensation and Total Rewards
  • Compensation expertise in high-growth tech, including executive compensation
  • Equity fluency in ISOs, NSOs, RSUs, and private/public comp mechanics
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data modeling and storytelling

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with HRIS/Comp tools (Paylocity, Pave, Sequoia)
  • Proactive interest in leveraging Generative AI for HR efficiency
