Description

You will provide hands-on operational support to ensure Motional's autonomous vehicle fleet is mission-ready and well-maintained. Daily tasks include conducting vehicle inspections, performing AV system startup and shutdown, supporting calibration and software updates, and recovering vehicles in the field.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no DUI in 10 years)
• 5+ years driving experience
• Basic knowledge of autonomous vehicle technology
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Familiarity with G Suite and ability to pass DOT physical

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections for operational readiness
• Perform AV system startup and shutdown procedures
• Shuttle vehicles between locations and manually recover autonomous vehicles
• Communicate and escalate vehicle issues per SOPs
• Complete accident/incident reports and adhere to safety policies
