💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience and ensuring fans get their favorite merch. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations and sales targets. This role helps eliminate hunger through our donation program with Feeding America.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and product knowledge.
• Open and close the store, covering sales floor when needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
