💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to children with autism in their home or learning center. You'll teach communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision. This role includes two weeks of paid RBT training and ongoing mentorship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, and daily living skills to children with autism
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record progress in data collection system Central Reach
• Build positive relationships with families while maintaining boundaries

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 60 days
• Ability to frequently bend, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, sit, stand, run

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• CPR/BLS certification (for certain locations)
• RBT/ CBT certification preferred
