Description
You'll design scalable onboarding, certification, and enablement programs for partners like MSPs and agencies, accelerating their time-to-productivity and driving revenue impact. You'll own key platforms like PRM and LMS systems, collaborate across teams, and use data to optimize partner success globally.
Requirements
- 3+ years in partner enablement, channel programs, or technical marketing, ideally in eCommerce or SaaS
- Strong understanding of Shopify’s partner ecosystem and partner business models
- Hands-on experience with PRM and LMS systems (PartnerStack, Euler, HighSpot, Seismic)
- Excellent project management skills in a remote-first environment
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and program optimization
Responsibilities
- Design scalable onboarding, certification, and enablement paths for different partner types
- Own and manage PRM systems (PartnerStack, Euler), LMS tools (HighSpot, Seismic), and Demo Centre environments
- Develop structured enablement programs for MSPs and execute across partner segments
- Collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services teams
- Measure enablement effectiveness using metrics like partner activation and certification completion rates
