🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide legal guidance to C-suite and cross-functional teams
• Draft and review legal documents including agreements
• Manage external law firms and prioritize legal matters
• Evaluate and maintain company's legal risk posture

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from accredited law school
• Active Bar membership in relevant state
• 4-10 years attorney experience with commercial agreements for hardware
• Expertise in intellectual property law and patent filings
