You'll lead budgeting and forecasting for a growing retail/consumer organization, partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. You'll drive financial modeling and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role requires Mandarin fluency to communicate with business partners and vendors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
• Develop rolling forecasts and financial projections.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis.

📋 Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• Financial modeling skills.
• Mandarin fluency required.

• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, and data warehousing.
• Master's degree preferred.
