You'll scale the affiliate and partnerships-driven retailer acquisition strategy at a technology wholesale platform. You'll own the affiliate program end-to-end, manage agency relationships, and explore new channels like influencer and referral programs. This role offers a chance to build a high-impact acquisition channel from 0 to 1 at a company powering the shop local movement.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own and optimize the affiliate program end-to-end for retailer acquisition growth.
  • Manage agency partner relationships and hold them accountable to performance targets.
  • Build ROI cases and test new acquisition channels like blog, influencer, and referral programs.
  • Analyze third-party partner ecosystem and develop innovative BD partnership models.
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Analytics, BD, and Product teams on acquisition strategy.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years in Growth Marketing or Partnerships with acquisition focus.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and networks (e.g. Impact, PartnerStack).
  • Proven experience managing external agencies or vendors with performance accountability.
  • Hands-on experience in testing and launching new growth channels like referral or influencer programs.

  • Experience structuring or negotiating partnership or business development deals.
  • Familiarity with SQL or willingness to learn.
  • Experience with SEO and AEO initiatives.
