💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of field service technicians performing start-up and commissioning of electrical equipment at customer sites. Your core impact will be ensuring on-time project completion and minimizing open issues across multiple active sites. This hands-on leadership role combines technical expertise with daily mentorship of an 8-person team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead start-up and commissioning of electrical equipment at customer sites
• Supervise, mentor, and train field service technicians daily
• Serve as technical lead for troubleshooting and product expertise
• Coordinate with project managers to close out punch lists and deliverables

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree, vocational training, or equivalent experience in power distribution
• 2+ years of field service experience in start-up and commissioning
• Lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures involving multiple power sources
• Teamwork and communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with switchgear, electrical distribution, and control systems
• Familiarity with advanced communication protocols and networking
• Prior supervisory or lead-level experience
