💼 About This Role

You'll lead Trustpilot's global press office, protecting and strengthening corporate reputation in a fast-paced media environment. You'll balance reactive media handling with proactive campaigns that reinforce Trustpilot's role as the universal symbol of trust. This role offers a chance to shape how a FTSE-250 company shows up in public conversation across key markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run and coordinate a busy international press office.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists.
• Deliver proactive corporate campaigns to strengthen reputation.
• Support senior leader profiling and media engagement.
• Manage Trustpilot's Wikipedia presence across languages.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in a busy in-house press office environment.
• Confidence handling complex or high-profile media enquiries.
• Excellent writing skills to explain complex topics clearly.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities across reactive and proactive work.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in tech, platforms, or regulated environments.
• Experience with European media, especially Denmark.
• Additional European language skills, especially Danish.
