You'll join the Deposit Insights team to build backend services that provide personalized spending insights for members. You'll drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to ship impactful features. This role offers the chance to work on large-scale fintech systems with a focus on member financial progress.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive technical design and architectural decisions while mentoring engineers
• Lead and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
• Build and maintain robust, low-latency APIs and backend services
• Partner with data engineers, analysts, and product managers to ship features

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience in production at scale
• Experience serving as a technical lead for a team on complex projects
• Proven experience with Ruby on Rails or comparable frameworks
• Experience with transactional databases and caching systems
