💼 About This Role

You'll be a trusted technical advisor to customers, owning the customer experience from first touch to full resolution. You'll work alongside Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to make every interaction exceptional. This high-impact role reports into the Customer Experience team, underscoring support as a strategic function.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary technical resource for customer inquiries
  • Apply structured troubleshooting to diagnose complex issues
  • Triage and drive tickets to resolution with urgency
  • Identify and escalate bugs with thorough reproduction steps
  • Build and maintain internal knowledge base using KCS

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years in technical support or customer-facing engineering
  • Solid experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
  • Strong systematic troubleshooting methodology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with Upbound and/or Crossplane
  • Familiarity with KCS methodology
  • Experience building agentic tooling or support automations
