You'll be a trusted technical advisor to customers, owning the customer experience from first touch to full resolution. You'll work alongside Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to make every interaction exceptional. This high-impact role reports into the Customer Experience team, underscoring support as a strategic function.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Serve as primary technical resource for customer inquiries
- Apply structured troubleshooting to diagnose complex issues
- Triage and drive tickets to resolution with urgency
- Identify and escalate bugs with thorough reproduction steps
- Build and maintain internal knowledge base using KCS
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years in technical support or customer-facing engineering
- Solid experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
- Strong systematic troubleshooting methodology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✨ Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Upbound and/or Crossplane
- Familiarity with KCS methodology
- Experience building agentic tooling or support automations
