💼 About This Role
You'll own the execution and improvement of compensation and benefits programs for a fast-growing tech platform serving 8 million users across Southeast Asia. You'll ensure reward structures are competitive and compliant as the organization scales across markets. This hands-on role involves working closely with People Ops, HRBPs, and Finance.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Design and maintain salary structures and incentive schemes
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market surveys
- Prepare salary review proposals and adjustments
- Administer employee benefits programs and liaise with providers
📋 Requirements
- Experience in compensation & benefits or HR with C&B exposure
- Knowledge of local labor laws and statutory contributions
- Analytical skills with attention to detail and data comfort
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and spreadsheets

- Experience with regional or international compensation frameworks
