💼 About This Role

You'll own the execution and improvement of compensation and benefits programs for a fast-growing tech platform serving 8 million users across Southeast Asia. You'll ensure reward structures are competitive and compliant as the organization scales across markets. This hands-on role involves working closely with People Ops, HRBPs, and Finance.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and maintain salary structures and incentive schemes
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market surveys
  • Prepare salary review proposals and adjustments
  • Administer employee benefits programs and liaise with providers

📋 Requirements

  • Experience in compensation & benefits or HR with C&B exposure
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and statutory contributions
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail and data comfort
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and spreadsheets

  • Experience with regional or international compensation frameworks
