You'll lead a maintenance team in creating clean, well-maintained apartment communities. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the daily work of the maintenance team.
• Manage capital improvement projects and vendor partners.
• Oversee unit turn scheduling and inspect vacant units.
• Conduct on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade.
• Valid Driver's License.
• EPA certification.
• Prior supervisory or lead technician experience strongly preferred.
