💼 About This Role

You'll join an interdisciplinary team to design and scale-up pharmaceutical manufacturing processes for a product development group. You'll select formulation approaches, create prototypes, and collaborate with analytical and process experts to meet target product profiles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop experimental protocols and templates independently
• Summarize, report, and analyze data to draw conclusions
• Identify out-of-trend data and investigate hypotheses
• Author technical reports and presentations with minimal guidance

📋 Requirements

• BS with 5+ years, MS with 3+ years, or PhD in Science or Engineering
• Demonstrated experience in formulation sciences and drug product development
• Advanced laboratory and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
