You'll help Mid-Market customers deploy and adopt IoT solutions for their fleet and industrial assets, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing value. Your work directly impacts safety, efficiency, and sustainability across industries like transportation and utilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to Mid-Market customers
• Create launch plans and roadmap to increase product usage
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara technology
• Juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in senior Customer Success or account management
• Experience supporting technical products
• Excellent consultative skills with end-to-end system implementations
• Proven track record communicating with executives and day-to-day users
