Description

You will work closely with Engineering to build products and solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. You'll serve as Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and oversee project initiatives from initiation to closure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years hands-on experience as Scrum Master for Agile/Scrum software development teams
• 3+ years in Project Management with proven successful project delivery
• End-to-end SDLC experience delivering customer-facing commercial software on time using Agile
• Proficient in Jira and data-driven analysis for measuring delivery

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for multiple teams, promoting Agile values and continuous improvement
• Facilitate team ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Track iteration status, resolve impediments and blocked user stories
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; plan, execute, and monitor projects
• Identify risks and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies
