You'll shape how a growing fintech lender scales by identifying inefficiencies and driving measurable performance improvements. You'll partner with senior leaders to design and implement process improvements and embed a continuous improvement culture across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and embed continuous improvement frameworks and governance
• Analyze processes to surface inefficiencies using data and diagnostics
• Lead end-to-end delivery of improvement initiatives from design to implementation
• Track and report operational and financial impact of initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in consulting, operational excellence, or similar roles
• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in cost or efficiency
• Strong process mapping and structured problem-solving capability
• Experience applying Lean or Six Sigma frameworks in real-world environments
