Requirements

• 7+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations
• 4+ years experience managing individual contributors
• 3+ years project planning experience
• Management Consulting experience with a focus on healthcare preferred
• Experience with Excel and financial modeling

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic vision for ICHRA product portfolio and network offerings
• Curate and evaluate strategic product and network partnerships
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for new product and network implementation
• Evaluate market trends and program performance to identify opportunities and cost-savings
• Drive budgeting process and fiscal performance for the team
