💼 About This Role

You'll lead a small group of Strategists while owning your own book of clients in a 50/50 split. You'll develop people, hold quality standards, and ship strategy yourself. This role keeps you close to the craft while building the function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run bi-weekly 1:1s with each team member, providing honest feedback and coaching
• Hold the quality bar by selectively reviewing high-risk work
• Manage your own book of clients with full strategic ownership
• Screen, interview, and onboard new Strategist hires
• Identify workflow friction and contribute to SOPs for scaling

📋 Requirements

• Senior Strategist experience ready to lead, or leader wanting hands-on strategy
• Ability to give direct feedback and hold performance accountability
• Sharp analytical instincts with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs and competitive data
• AI is already integrated into your workflow
