You'll be the first dedicated full stack hire on the healthcare team, shaping both the product and technical architecture. You'll own projects end-to-end, making foundational backend decisions and driving features from zero to launch with minimal oversight.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build user-facing features and internal tools
• Own development and launch of new products with client feedback
• Build intuitive front-end experiences for complex workflows
• Make backend design decisions including API and data modeling

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of production software experience with frontend and backend
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
• Experience building, maintaining, and monitoring APIs
• Willingness to work in person 5 days a week

• 2+ years of Python experience
• AWS experience
• Experience with relational databases
