You'll own provider onboarding and activation, building AI-powered product flows for a mission-driven early education platform. You'll spend most of your time directly with customers, translating insights into shipped improvements fast. This role combines hands-on customer work with rapid AI prototyping in a small, in-person team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Spend majority of time directly with customers onboarding and building trust
• Translate customer insights into AI-powered product flows
• Design and ship product improvements quickly using AI prototyping
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive onboarding steps

📋 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science
• Business school or MBA strongly preferred
• Fluent in AI tools and building product experiences with them
• Able to read and write code to collaborate with engineers
