You'll lead a high-impact team building healthcare software that improves patient and clinician experiences. You'll own architecture and development of cloud-native microservices using Go, gRPC, and AWS. This role offers the chance to shape a growing product from early stages while mentoring engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate abstract concepts into tangible tooling solutions for customer-facing applications.
• Lead performance optimization to support 10K+ users on microservices.
• Serve as technical owner for multiple service areas and collaborate with product owners.
• Mentor team members and conduct code reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in a team lead role using Agile practices.
• 5+ years with Cloud Native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP (AWS preferred).
• 5+ years with Go/Golang or React + TypeScript.

✨ Nice to Have

• Startup environment experience.
• Healthcare industry knowledge and FHIR standards.
• Experience with Serverless Framework, Ent, gRPC/Twirp, or AWS certification.
