You'll shape Go-To-Market strategy for EMEA expansion at a growing HR tech company, building a high-impact sales team from the ground up. You'll partner cross-functionally to translate a proven US playbook into a scalable European sales motion, while acting as the voice of the EMEA market internally.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead and scale a team of AEs and SDRs across EMEA
  • Design and implement forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
  • Partner with deal desk for deal structuring and contract execution
  • Act as cultural and operational bridge between EMEA and US leadership

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5โ€“8+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience
  • Experience building or scaling sales teams in EMEA
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and sales operations
  • Track record of hiring and developing top talent

  • Direct experience building EMEA revenue from early stages
  • Background as a first-in-region EMEA leader for a US-based SaaS company
  • Experience selling HR tech or workforce solutions in Europe
