You'll shape Go-To-Market strategy for EMEA expansion at a growing HR tech company, building a high-impact sales team from the ground up. You'll partner cross-functionally to translate a proven US playbook into a scalable European sales motion, while acting as the voice of the EMEA market internally.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and scale a team of AEs and SDRs across EMEA
- Design and implement forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
- Partner with deal desk for deal structuring and contract execution
- Act as cultural and operational bridge between EMEA and US leadership
๐ Requirements
- 5โ8+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience
- Experience building or scaling sales teams in EMEA
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and sales operations
- Track record of hiring and developing top talent

- Direct experience building EMEA revenue from early stages
- Background as a first-in-region EMEA leader for a US-based SaaS company
