You'll own the onboarding and training of partners and manage Middle Mile operations for the Bhubaneswar cluster. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard and train new partners for Middle Mile operations
• Identify and onboard new partners onto the network
• Track and own partner performance in the cluster
• Visit facilities to conduct audits and solve operational gaps

📋 Requirements

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline
• 3-5 years of work experience in e-commerce logistics
• Experience in partner onboarding and training in Middle Mile operations
• Experience in control tower and field operations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Jaipur or other areas of Rajasthan
• Background in sorting operations
