Description
As a Sales Development Representative at Level Access, you'll initiate outbound communication with prospects, using a consultative approach to develop leads for the sales team. You'll collaborate with Sales and Marketing, document activities in Salesforce.com, and build a solid understanding of B2B SaaS sales while helping companies make digital systems accessible to people with disabilities.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills via phone and email
- Ability to be on the phone 85% of the day
- PC literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain a high call rate and assess prospect's fit
- Time management skills with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Contact qualified prospects using a consultative sales approach
- Outbound call, engage with and develop prospects to be closed by Sales team
- Document, track and monitor all leads in Salesforce.com
- Contact and schedule appointments with Account Executive in target vertical
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify and source potential leads
