• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate OKRs into execution plans.
• Orchestrate multi-team initiatives across product, infrastructure, and platform.
• Use AI-driven analytics to surface risks and improve velocity.
• Coach teams on healthy operating rhythms and data-driven practices.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading complex software programs as TPM or EPM.
• 3+ years driving multi-team initiatives across product and platform.
• Technical fluency in APIs, system architectures, and integration patterns.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, or Aha! for execution tooling.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools for analysis and decision-making.
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices in engineering.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments.
