You'll be the welcoming face of Rythm Health across chat, email, phone, SMS, and social, guiding customers through the at-home testing process. You'll help improve self-serve resources and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

• Guide customers through the at-home testing process with clear instructions
• Maintain precise documentation of customer interactions and feedback
• Spot patterns in questions and help improve FAQs and self-serve resources
• Support fulfillment logistics including coordinating kit replacements

• Comfortable representing a premium health brand in fast-moving support environments
• Can quickly learn and clearly explain nuanced health concepts
• Confident talking about health, wellness, biomarkers, and performance
• Available on weekends
