📋 Requirements

• Deep expertise in architecture design (SSMs, transformers, RNNs, CNNs).
• Understanding of architecture interactions with system constraints (cloud/on-device).
• Proficiency in balancing quality, efficiency, and adaptability across modalities.
• Proven research track record at top-tier ML venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
