You'll build strategic partnerships with venture capital firms and accelerators across EMEA to drive Deel adoption among high-growth startups. You'll be responsible for pipeline and revenue growth through founder engagement and ecosystem events. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with venture firms to extend Deel's reach and support portfolio companies
• Own relationships with accelerator and ecosystem program teams
• Act as first point of contact for portfolio companies and educate founders
• Represent Deel at demo days, founder dinners, and ecosystem events

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in startup and VC ecosystem
• Proven track record in partner-facing roles with top performance
• Strong analytical skills to measure program impact
• Excellent written and spoken English
