You will lead Canonical's SecOps team, designing and implementing security practices to protect data, infrastructure, and products. You'll manage a team of security professionals, drive threat detection and response, and contribute to the open source security community.

Requirements

• Proven track record with advanced threat actors
• Expert technical understanding of SOCs from the ground up
• In-depth knowledge of SOC architecture and design
• Expert in Linux security
• Knowledge of security architecture and market-leading tools

Responsibilities

• Hire and mentor a team of security professionals
• Define SecOps security standards and playbooks
• Own architecture and design of the SOC
• Identify, contain, and guide remediation of security threats
• Drive threat modeling and table top exercises
