💼 About This Role

You'll act as the conduit between Skydio and enterprise customers, providing deep diagnostics and advisory services for drone and cloud products. You'll troubleshoot networking issues across IoT infrastructure and collaborate with product teams to resolve flight or streaming issues. This role blends hands-on technical support with cross-functional teamwork to shape the product roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• **Triage and escalate** technical support tickets for enterprise customers
• **Troubleshoot flight and media streaming** issues using log analysis
• **Collaborate** with product, engineering, and logistics teams on issue resolution
• **Configure and optimize** drone mission usage and network connectivity

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in B2B technical support or customer-facing roles
• Bilingual English and Japanese fluency
• Experience with network protocols (IPsec, WebRTC, REST)
• Willingness to travel 20-40% and work flexible hours

• Scripting in Bash, PHP, or Python
