💼 About This Role

You'll lead data-driven research for owner/developer clients in the South Florida real estate market. You'll manage an analyst and transform raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions. This role offers the chance to shape market intelligence at a leading real estate platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather and analyze data from public and private sources
• Oversee an Analyst in maintaining databases and CRM processes
• Prepare market reports, future supply reports, and due diligence documents
• Present research findings to internal teams and senior management

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in research/analysis in South Florida market
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Real Estate, Finance, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel), Google Sheets, data transformation

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced Excel including Power Query and DAX
• Working knowledge of SQL or Python
• Experience with PowerBI or Tableau
