You'll lead strategic customer success for enterprise clients in the Middle East, driving growth and retention of a diverse portfolio. You'll act as a trusted advisor, leveraging data and insights to deliver exceptional post-sale experiences and maximize lifetime value.

- Act as strategic partner to enterprise accounts, focusing on long-term partnerships
- Grow customer lifetime value via upsell/cross-sell and churn reduction
- Own entire post-sale journey including onboarding, analysis, and strategy
- Drive renewal and upsell negotiations to improve retention and expansion
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise customer success relationship management in B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to manage revenue KPIs like renewal rate and upsell
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data tools and CRM
- Fluency in English and Arabic
