  • Own entire post-sale journey including onboarding, analysis, and strategy
  • Drive renewal and upsell negotiations to improve retention and expansion

  • 5+ years of enterprise customer success relationship management in B2B SaaS
  • Proven ability to manage revenue KPIs like renewal rate and upsell
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data tools and CRM
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
