You'll join Handshake to provide Tier 2/3 IT support and scale operations for a fast-growing AI data business. You'll own the employee technology experience and help build automated, efficient systems for onboarding, identity management, and security compliance.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide Tier 2/3 support across hardware, SaaS apps, and identity systems
  • Improve onboarding/offboarding workflows and automate processes
  • Manage identity and access management platforms like Okta and Google Workspace
  • Administer endpoint management tools such as Jamf or Intune

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT support experience in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Experience supporting both macOS and Windows
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta
  • Experience with endpoint management tools like Jamf or Intune

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Basic scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Bash)
  • Experience with ITSM systems like Jira or ServiceNow
  • Background in cloud-first environments
